• After purchase, we will ship the device within 24 hrs and USPS first class takes 2-5 business days to deliver the package.
• Free shipping for all orders above $499. For orders below $499, shipping charge is applicable and may vary upto $10
• We ship only to the address tied to a buyer's PayPal payment
• We will ship only in the United States.
• We dont provide international shipping.
• Shipping addresses can be managed on the "Address Book" in your profile.
• Please note that we do not support an official way to change addresses after completing a payment.

Returns

• All our sales comes with 30 Day return policy.
• If you discover any defect or functionality issues, you can return it & receive a full refund. We can work on replacement option if applicable.
• All returns where the issue is not found or if buyer no longer needs the item 20% restocking fees will be a charged.
• Customers need to contact us at sales@used-gadget.com  We will repsond within 24 hrs and upon approval Customer can ship back the device.
• Items must be returned in a same condition and shipped under an adequate protection. 
• Refunds or replacments will be processed only after receiving and verifying the return.

Shipping Costs on Returned Items

• For returns with functionality issues, shipping chargers can be reimbursed upto $8 after receiving and verifying the return.
• For returns where issue is not found or buyer no longer needs the item, then the buyer is typically responsible for covering return shipping costs.
